My guess is that some dumbass ran it over before. Now they put it on a big metal stick which may stop a car and the yellow fire hydrant is eye level. For the dodo's.

These matched up well to the bike! Not bad to install too! I will say the K5/K6/K7 bracket/bolts were needed for this 2015 SV650 s ABS

Hey mate. Where’d you get the hardware for the fairings. I’m missing the u shaped brackets and can’t find them for the life of me.

Looks awesome! Gives the bike a completely different look but don't forget to grab some frame sliders. Cheap insurance to protect them!
