Last night i switched my rear shock out for the gsxr. I had to pull the battery to trim the box. When i re-installed the battery i got a flashing FI light and the bike wouldnt start. Trouble shooting begins today. Any thoughts before i begin?

make sure the tilt sensor is the right way up. i did the same thing when i put in my SV1000 shock. if theres room for it where it originally was go ahead and put it there, but i had to relocate mine. its on the front of the battery box and looks like a standard electrical widget.

there should be an arrow on the side indicating which way is up.
