Hey guys! Long time no see! I just recently purchased some lower side fairings but it’s missing all of the hardware. I really don’t wanna spend $400 on the Suzuki kit so can y’all point me in the direction of substitutes for the radiator spacers. The grommets and the bottom spacer just above the exhaust? Much appreciated

Refer to post number 6. You can also use GM starters shims for the u shaped pieces that go between the fairing and radiator.

That isn’t what comes up for me when I google the starter shims

You could also try a super long bolt going directly from the fairing straight into the radiator, and use a nut to clamp onto the fairing and a 2nd nut to tighten to the radiator. It's far enough away that you can finagle it to work, at least it did for me on my Chinese lower fairings

Around what size bolt did you use? And would you happen to have a picture?

Ah that makes a lot more sense. Anyway. Where can I find the lower fairing brackets? Thank you
I ended up finding my lower fairing brackets on ebay in a bag of random fasteners. Originally I used the GM starter shims. You have to use the thickest ones. The picture gives a general idea on the dimensions of the lower brackets. Keep an eye out on ebay. Eventually the lower brackets will show up. I also recommend using SVRacing Parts full fairing frame sliders. I hope my explanation was helpful.

I did get some no cut frame sliders. Also what did you search to get those on eBay? Thank you

And this is what I ended up buying - but you can probably find a regular M6x1 screw of the same length at a hardware store, but it won't be fully threaded so you can just use a die to cut full threads:

Bear in mind, if you're super fussy just get some sort of bracket made up, either the GM shims or quick CAD model and you can get them made up at sendcutsend if no luck finding the genuine ones. This works, but it's not ideal since it puts a bit of preload on the fairing

I think it was "misc nuts, bolts, hardware and fasteners" for the SV650 03 to 09. Or something like that. I got real lucky in finding them. You might want to do a search for lower fairing brackets and see what turns up. You can also contact Mad8v.com and see if he has them. He is a member on here.

The radiator and top fairing points are pretty straight forward, as above.

The big banana brackets would be less easy to substitute or replicate, so the no-cut frame sliders (shout out to Blair @ SVRacingParts - fast international shipping!) are a good option.

The kickstand side bottom point was simple, just a flat offset bracket, but the brake side factory mount doesn't work with my exhaust. Sergei had a similar problem in his YouTube video, so I'm guessing most aftermarket options probably get in the way. I bent up a pipe saddle to work around it:

Thanks for everything. I ended up buying frame sliders for those s shaped ones. Unfortunately all I could afford was shogun ones. Hopefully they fit. As for the bottom two, Sergei was kind enough to ship me some.
