When I look at racetech website, there are two different kind of kit available for front suspension. What are their difference?

Emulators are cheaper. ~$200 I think... installation is a valve plus some drilling of the rods.

Full cartridge systems are complete internal replacement. I think it is called the GS-3 system (or something similar).

The price used to not be listed on the website... I'm not sure if it is now or not.

But if I had to guess I'd think the cartridge system is over $1000. (Probably around $3000 if you do it up right.) Stuff like this isn't cheap

A few 4 years back I dropped my SV off at Racetech and they did the front emulator system and installation for ~$500 total.

Then about 2 years ago I picked up the Racetech custom rear shock, ~1000, totally worth it.

You might also consider Ricor Intimimators in this section.

From the feedback on them, people appear to be pleased with them. Two advantages that I see are: 1) use of 5wt. fork oil which is less effected by seasonal changes in temperature and 2) no damper rod modifications required which makes the install much simpler.

I have the Ricor Intiminators and rear shock in mine. For about $800US with shipping it seemed a pretty good deal to me. Installation of the Intiminators is about 2hrs if you're taking your time. The rear shock takes about an hour depending on how much of a b*tch your dogbone bolts are to remove (you only need to remove one).

With stock springs up front, the suspension is firm but compliant. Turn in stability is much improved as is feel. I'm really liking this combo.

uhhh. You can get the emulator kit with upgraded damper rods. Drop in replacement.

My upgrade cost was:

$87 for springs
$250 for emulators and damper rods

And a few bucks for the rear shock.
