Thats what my son started on. Razors MX450. Its a decent little bike. After 6 months I added another battery to it going from 36 to 48v and it got a bit faster. I also added a cheap universal headlight/fairing and some led lights in the rear so he can be seen while he was cruising the neighborhood.
Another good thing to do is to disconnect the leads on the brake levers. They switch the motor off when you pull the brake in. I wanted him to be able to use some power and brakes in low speed stuff. He ended up doing burnouts later lol
