Well had the bike tossed on the Dyno today at Mid-ohio. Bike has desnorkel, scorpion h/m slip, tank riser,PCIII USB, and +3 rear sprocket.

It was 93 degrees out and the dyno sheet says 29% hum. but i highly doubt it was even close to being that low. I'd say more like 70%. but put down 71.95hp with the stock filter too.

The third pull was a run through the gears, hence the valleys. idk why my scanner didnt show it in color......And i wish i got the torque numbers, oh well.

See where it says"idk why my scanner didnt show it in color". that means he used a scanner. see scan = scanner it's a device you can hook up to your computer and.........well............ scan thing like pictures and documents.

haha. Those are good numbers! I think mine is do to the stock filter and i've only got a pre load map for a slip on and aftermarket filter. I'll be goin full exhaust with a possible pod setup later. i think i'm runnin a lil rich now.

man dhuze...u sure are a smartass! I noticed the scanner comment after i posted. sorry i wasnt the eagle eye that you are.

yah i would say if you are gonna do a full system and everything else you should get dyno tuned and you will definately get the results you want out of your mods. Before i dyno tuned i used one of their premade maps also and made just over 72 hp. They told me removing the snorkle didnt give them any better results which i think is crap

owndjoo - Get to Bucyrus and have JD Hord run and set up your bike. It costs $60 for an hours worth of tuning. You'll never get more power out of your bike any where else. He builds race motors for SV's. He is a twin specialist too (Ducati and Hawk's).

It'll be the best money you ever spent.

Do you know?

Do you know that the gear ratio has no effect on horsepower? Just mentioned that since you specified +3 on the rear sprocket.
