dropping a G2 motor into G1 frame

Any hints? What to watch for? Any modifications required? I can think of one - attaching G2 tank to frame and powering fuel pump. Guess I'll have to use G2 electronics throughout also.

I'm doing this more for cosmetic reasons since I like the look of the G1 frame - I'm thinking that the G2 motor/injection is better than G1 although frame geometry is a step back. This will be a naked racer- bikini fairing and portuguese belly pan.

Yes, you will just need to use a little throttle when you first start it up cold since you are essentially removing the FI's "choke".
