I bought a pair of plates from himl. I didn't receive them until I started a claim, a couple days after I opened it I received the plates. A week or two afterwards his eBay account disappeared. I assumed that eBay kicked him off their system.

Have you tried calling the guy?

The guy who owns that black gsxr with the grave yard paint scheme on the main page used to frequent another site that I mod on but he hasn't showed up in a while. I don't know if he works for the company but he's a real douche nozzle, if he does, it wouldn't surprise me if you never heard from them again.

ya know.. I sell things on ebay and have sold things here... I take pride in making sure all my transactions are just as they should be because I know if I were paying for something... I know what I would expect. I don't see why some people don't consider this when selling. If you just want to unload something probably to never sell anything again... then I can see someone not caring but... if you plan to continue doing any business with others... you have to keep a good reputation because word of mouth spreads much faster these days with the net and such.

some businesses need to follow this advice too.... nothing like poor customer service to give a person a bad taste towards a company whom will probably lose their patronage.

I'm sorry to hear it. That kind of thing really irritates me.

About 3 months ago I bought some BMX bars off of ebay for my nephew. 2 weeks go by nothing, I email the guy he says he's slow getting things shipped and they will go out by Friday. 3 more weeks went by and no bars and he stopped answering my email. I filed a clam with Paypal and got the full amount back. That is the first time in years of using ebay I didn't get the item purchased. I just wanted to share a similar experience and hope you get full restitution.
