2 years ago I picked up an immaculate Gen 1 with about every modification (short of a GSXR front end) already on it (82HP on the dyno, but no traces that it's ever been raced). When I pulled off the seat I found The components in the attached pictures. Everything is disconnected. The bike has a Trick Flasher on it, so I thought maybe, since the prior owner'. state required motorcycle inspections, it was a bypass for the Trick Flasher but I can't tell. I'm the third or fourth owner

and the previous owner didn't know what it was for. Any educated guesses would be welcome.

Two end things are relays, probably for lighting. You can see they're wired to that toggle switch. Follow the wires and see what they go to.

The second box from the left is an LED flasher relay. As Drewski says for the rest of it but I think it's been removed because the two blue plastic cutter connectors are empty.

The red wiring just interconnects the two relays. Under this tray, I also remember some solderless connectors that must be taps (kinda like what's in this picture). I'd never seen anything like them before, but afterwards I realized they must be taps that a connector can fit on. There are no wire connected to them. The open terminals may have went to them. I'll go back in at some point and check the wire colors.

Yes those are cutter connectors also called blades. They are empty so whatever was there has been removed.
