I can't tell if my bike is doing this sputtering BS again, this DOES seem different.. Seems at 11.5k my engine sputters but its like a real quick one, not like the usual fuel starvation that I fixed by cleaning out the fuel filter... It like POP POP POP Really quick, the sputtering from the fuel filter was like a bucking bronco

This normal??
my bike was modded (thankfully before I bought it) with all racing stuff, PC3, probablly GXSR front forks (Their not stock for CERTAIN) and a upgraded rear suspension and two brothers exhaust,

I'm just unable to tell if I've just reached the max, and need to chill, or if I need to clean my fuel filter to hit the 12k mark.

I should be shifting right at 11k anyway ( for my 0-90 starts at every stop light )

Unless you have the ignition module for your power commander and the necessary config changes made, your ignition will cut at 11.5k rpm.

But the stock tach is pretty inaccurate up top. Normally the limiter is somewhere around a displayed 12-12.5k.

You can use it as a quick shifter. Just preload the shift lever and wait for the cut, it'll slide into the next gear without you needing to roll off the gas.
