With the good weather this weekend, I feel a long ride coming on. Feel a bit like a die hard riding in December, but I'll go as long as the weather holds out.

Anyone else in Atlantic Canada doing the same?

Was just out for a quick ride. It feels amazing to take the bike out in the December air.

I was out running a couple local errands Friday morning. Outside temp was right at freezing and light puffy snowflakes started falling while I was heading home. It felt great to be riding in December and I had the only bike on the road. I had to dial back the throttle a bit due to the rear tire wanting to break loose and spin.

I was getting worried about that, but I hate the idea of have to put it away for months while I wait for spring. I just bought my SV! It looks like it might warm up a bit next weekend again. If I can take it out again, I'm doing it.

Was gonna do an X-mas day run, but was so tired I opted out.

If dressed properly cold weather riding is great. Biggest issue we have to deal with is black ice...
No fun on 2 wheels.....

But now she's sleeping in the shed until March........ :(
