I just cut off the stock muffler off my Gen 1 bike
does this have any value, would anyone here want it, or should i just throw it away?

I would Hold onto it just incase you ever are looking to sell your bike. returning it to (as close to) stock as possible will benefit you.

the possible increase in value vs the space in my garage says get rid of it...
its an 00 with 48k im not getting much for the bike if i sold it anyway

The bike will probably sell for the same price with either a slip on or the stock exhaust, like cape codder said, I'd hold on to it and sell the bike with the stock pipe when the time comes (reattached with a coupling) and then selling the slip on for hundred or two seperately.

Hold on to it- if you ever want to ride your bike at Laguna Seca, you may need to put it back on...
