Where were you three days ago!?! LOL I did end up wiring it to the flash to pass switch. Now I have a little secret to starting the bike, which I kind of like.
Hmmm. Now I need to do this. Details/pics on wiring to flash to pass?

Its really simple. Just open up the left controls and the two leads of the flash switch are right there. I took a soldering iron and desolderred the two wires already there then capped them off with heat shrink. From there just take the two clutch wires and solder them to the empty leads on the switch. I suppose you could even use wire taps if you're not comfortable with soldering. Then the switch would still act as both the high beam flash as well as the clutch switch. I didn't go that rout to avoid the possibility of the headlight drawing high beam load during startup cranking.
