Long story short I crashed and I'm going to replaced the stock clipons with woodcraft. They have riser options up to 3". I'd like to go as high as possible without replacing other stuff. I already have steel brake lines with room for height. I searched and found out that the throttle cables may get close some where around 3" but i couldn't find a specific answer. Also I'm sure I could find it if I search harder but what size clip on should I buy for stock forks. Any help is appreciated.

Stock rise is about 1.5 or so.

I'd say 2.5" max. Then it might start getting tight.

Throttle cables are $55 shipped for +4", stock clutch cable will easily work up to 4", and you can make your brake lines work on a 2nd gen (search threads I've created).

Go for it man, worst case scenario you need throttle cables.
