I need an opinion, my back rotor shows alot of pitting asuming from salt, is that bad?

I would say that's not ideal, but probably not so bad that I would buy another rotor, personally.

Maybe measure the rotor thickness. If it's in spec but close min thickness, replace it. If it's well in spec, run it and keep an eye on the pads. If you start eating pads, replace it.

Rear brake? If you’re worried, just remove it. You don’t need a rear brake.
