I installed Helibars on my '04 SVS. Now the union bolt coming out of the brake master cylinder is preventing me from rotating the brake lever forward to where it feels right to me. Can I just loosen that bolt and rotate it without causing any problems?? Will doing that introduce air in to the system?

Any replies would be appreciated.

Yes, carefully

Loosen the bolt just enough to rotate the angle. Have a rag handy in case some of the fluid leaks out. Done properly you should be able to turn the angle of the banjo with no fluid leakage at all. You shouldn't get air in the system if you're careful.
