I have a good way to move the stock brake lever closer to your hand. It makes it easer to reach the brake lever while rolling off the throttle/ trail braking.

Remove the brake handle. Separate the two piece's by using a drift to push the brass bushing out. It slides out easily. Use a pair of pliers to pull the small stop (that rest against the adjuster wheel while still assembled) off. Pull strait out. mow just put it back to gether, with out the little plate. The busshing slides in easily. takes about ten min.
Good luck.
