Hey,
Just a quick thought from a two stroke guy on the crank reliability problems, a pressed (welded) together roller bearing crank might be the ticket. It is much cheaper to make than a plain bearing one-piece crank and is they are almost bullet proof once they are welded.(remember the GSs and KZs) I have access to the facilities to fab one, does anyone out there have a blown crank they would like to part with. There has to be a cheaper solution than falicon's $2,200 billet piece.
Thanks,
Zook
