Hi Everyone, Here is an add on to the Post from One of our members was kind enough to send me the attached images and instructions on how they adapted the OEM Headlight Bracket for their late model SV650 N to work with the Clip On Clamp and Risers,

The member writes, basically you cut 35mm out of the top of the bracket. Its super easy you cut on the seam where the headlight mount is welded to the bracket and at the bend where the fork circle meets the flat bar.

The pictures have a red line where you make the 2 cuts. then all you do is weld the 2 parts back together minus the 35mm.

Take another 3mm off by trimming the bracket rubbers on 1 side

The member then cleaned up the weld and used a black rattle can paint to dress the bracket back up,

Hi Everyone, Here is an add on to the Post from One of our members was kind enough to send me the attached images and instructions on how they adapted the OEM Headlight Bracket for their late model SV650 N to work with the Clip On Clamp and Risers,

The member writes, basically you cut 35mm out of the top of the bracket. Its super easy you cut on the seam where the headlight mount is welded to the bracket and at the bend where the fork circle meets the flat bar.

The pictures have a red line where you make the 2 cuts. then all you do is weld the 2 parts back together minus the 35mm.

Take another 3mm off by trimming the bracket rubbers on 1 side

The member then cleaned up the weld and used a black rattle can paint to dress the bracket back up,
