yeah, go to your local bicycle shop and get a 3rd eye bar-end mirror.
Then go to the hardware store with your bar end screw and the bracket for the mirror.
I think the thread is an M6 - I cant remember if its coarse or fine... but pick out a hed-head bolt of the same threading thats about a half inch or so longer than your stock one. check the head size, it should fit perfectly in the bracket...

Thats what I did.

What dackler said. 10-15 minutes of tinkering and you should be good to go...

Oh, and you can either chop up one of the rubber grommets that come with the bar end mirror, or do what I did: buy a little black grommet or nylon spacer to go between your bar-end and your mirror bracket, it takes up a little space but keeps the plastic from not rubbing directly on your bar end...

I use the cheap bicycle style mirror on mine, only have one on the left handlebar as it has a wide enough field of vision to see both lanes behind me, I think it actually works a lot better than the stock mirrors
