Up for sale is a pair of Alpinestars SMX + (SMX plus) racing boots, in excellent condition, wore only handful of times, still plenty of life left. Also comes with extra two sets of toe sliders in different colors. Size 44 euro which is a 9.5 to size 10. I usually wear size 10 shoes and this pair of boots fits perfect. These are the newer revised style released back in 2011, no squeaky hinges and much less bulkier than the older version. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

$185 shipped

So hey, I like the boots. I wear a size 9.5 shoe so I'm assuming these will be ok for me. If you still have these in a couple of weeks, I might snag them from you, I just gotta scrounge up the money between now and then. If you sell them in the meantime, no biggie, my loss. Just post on here so I'll know if they are sold or not. Thanks, Darin ?

BAD SELLER, I sent payment, he was away on business, said he'd send them when he got back. He received his new pair of boots, tried them on and wore them around the house but he didn't like how they felt so he decided to keep the ones I bought from him and send the new ones back. He did refund my money, but still not a very cool thing to do.

Just read the feedback for both buyer and seller. On this one I'd have to side with the buyer. Listing an item for sale, receiving money for said item, updated the FS ad as "SOLD" and then backing out last minute is a pretty douche-baggy thing to do. Yeah, the money was refunded, but the whole point of this place is to sell what you're advertising.

AND the seller has the nerve to leave negative feedback for the buyer. Are you kidding me?

Here's the thing. Complaining that the seller backed out of a deal that he agreed to, took money for, and announced to the world was a done deal, does not make the buyer a "crybaby." Scblacksunshine, your actions were dishonorable, but what's done is done. Nobody can force you to honor the sale, but the seller has the right to complain. You, however, do not. You made a mistake. Take your lumps like a man and move on.

Leaving negative feedback for the buyer takes you beyond sleazeball to first-class douchebag. Do the right thing and reverse it, before I sic a moderator on your ass.

Thanks guys, I'm feeling a little bit more vindicated now, I appreciate it! Had I jumped on them quicker, we wouldn't be talking about this right now. I was going to wait til I actually had cash in hand to get these, but I didn't want to loose out on what seemed like a great deal, so I broke out a credit card I hadn't used in a LONG while to get these immediately, so for this deal to go sour like it did made it stung just a bit more. ?
