I have the upper line set at about 1800 rpm but now my idle is 8-900 is this not adjusted good or is this because the bike is now fully warmed up and hot

If you made the TPS adjustment you will have to adjust the idle speed. Just go to the left side of the bike and you should see the idle adjustment. Just use a screwdriver. If you adjust the idle it will effect the TPS as well.

yeah, just adjust the idle speed. little phillips screw on the left side of the bike, near the frame...you'll know it when you see it. when you get it where you want (about 1200 rpms is where I have mine...I think that's where it's supposed to be), you'll want to check your TPS adjustment, you might have to readjust it.
