Need some help with tire size conversions. Front original size is 3.25 19 rear is 4.00 H18 what do these convert to in metric tire sizes.

Not sure but Denniskirk.com should have a conversion chart. I know their paper catalogs do.

should be a 100 series front and a 110 series rear. You may be able to go +1 size on each, but you'd have to size em.
