Looks like an 03sv w/ 03sv parts. I see pilot road tires, gsxr 1k exhaust, and painted fairings.

Could be, I just assumed that since the forks were sticking out that much above the tripples it had to be different forks, but I guess it could just be lowered???

F3 forks would use stock lowers and different sliders/internals.
