I've been diving into this quite hard lately, trying to find a way to convert the stock 650x to mounting handlebars and I can't find any kits for it. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Find a used upper triple clamp for a 17-20 naked. New with clamps would be over $200 w/o handlebars. Depending on handlebar rise/pullback a longer brake line may be needed, good time to upgrade to stainless. Clutch cable and throttle cables might work.

IM LOOKING TO DO SIMILAR I DID SEE A FELLOW ON YOUTUBE
HE SIMPLY DRILLED 2 HOLES THROUGH THE TOP BAR AND
INSTALLED RISERS AND BARS I THINK HE HAD TOO USE
LONGER CABLES AS WELL ANOTHER ONE DID SIMILAR
BUT LEFT HIS CLIP ONS ON STILL AND ADAPTERS TO TURN
THROTTLE AND CLUTCH AND BRAKE
IT LOOKED KINDA DANGEROUS TO ME

I HOPE THERES A KIT COMING SOON
PERHAPS CAFE BIKES ARE NOT SO MUCH FOR RIDING
MAYBE JUST FOR LOOKING AT

I saw these somewhere, no clue on if they would help or if one you would need to add longer cables, brake lines.

I am 6’1” and purchased my SV650X for track events. I think I’d need a neck, shoulder and back replacement if I had to ride it all the time. Though that Cafe leaned over clip on stance is a pleasure in the curves.
