I kept my sv650 in garage for a while. I was planning to ride recently. It won't start for some reason. I already re-built fuel pump. All fuses are good. There is no error on gauges display. I can start engine when I poured gas directly to cylinder. Does anyone run into same problem ? I have short video, but I don't know how to attaché it to the post.

If the bike starts with a little fuel, it seems logical that the bike is not supplying fuel. So I would start by noting whether you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on and all the other safety switches (like sidestand, kill, and neutral switch) are in ready to start condition.

If you do hear the pump, I would then disconnect the fuel line and do a fuel volume test to verify it's performing after your rebuild.

If you do not hear the pump, then I would go back and make sure it's plugged in properly under the tank and also make sure you didn't mess up by wiring it funny or forgetting to connect wires after your pump rebuild.
