Dude, the white is Awesome. I don't know how it would look on the '03 with the silver frame, but with the black frame it's sweet! As for the fork swap, good luck. I'm about to do the same thing.

A couple of things are required to integrate the Hayabusa wheel:
1) 320mm rotor requires 5mm caliper spacers
2) Rotor spacing on center is 134mm vs GSXR 132mm
- requires 1mm machined off inside face of each rotor to bring back to 132mm centers
3) Wheel center/spacing;
- Hayabusa is 214mm fork spacing (on center); GSXR is 207mm.
- requires (214-207)/2 off the right GSXR axle spacer. (12.25 - 3.5 = 8.75mm net)

Got my right side axle spacer in from Zoran today, made to the specs that D'Ecosse gave me. Fits perfect!

At this point all the parts are either here or in the mail somewhere, with the exception of steel lines ;D

But you have the way cooler black forks and wheel Bry! :p

My Mrs only weights about 125 so no need for the bigger springs of the 750 unit - I have same forks (and wheel) as yours on my TL though

Gonna look nice. It'll ride even better. It was a night and day difference when I modded my SVS. Just remember you'll have to lower your front fairing a tad so you can get clearance for those nice LSL clip ons.
