ok.... 1st .what's the size of the first gen's fork(on the top)

2nd . why did they send me SS brake lines [BRAKING] that have SVS 03-08 written on it? i thought they were totally different ...the dealer says 00-on are the same ...

3rd . what size brackets (aftermarket) for my Buell single headlight?
Ome guys claim the forks' size varies as you go from top to bottom

SV forks are 41mm, the tubes are the same for the lower triple to the top triple. (answers 1 and 3)
Its the USD forks that have the 2 different diameters in the upper legs.

2- I think you'll be ok with the lines themselves, it's the pitch on the M/C (for the banjo bolt) that I think would be more likely to be different, not so much the lines themselves. Someone should be able to confirm if the 1st gen and 2nd gen m/c's are the same thread pitch.

I think all the suzy Nissin MCs are the same thread pitch, 99+. It is when you start getting into brembo stuff that you have to worry.
