Hey all!

Just picked up an 05' S. What a Suhweeet bike! 3200 miles! Paid a dollar a mile! It's had the basic mods done... a Leo Vince pipe, the tail light integrater. I'm getting frame sliders, and maybe some bar end mirrors... can't really see behind me too well. Put twenty miles on it today... ran out of daylight. Roads are still a touch too wet and hairy for night time riding on a new to me bike.

I just want to say thanks to the best wife in the world for indulging her 37 yo teenager. xoxo

Congrats. btw, the 09 Indy camping, motogp trip will be at your house. :D
I'd be fine with the party at my house... the wife isn't THAT cool though. LOL.
Maybe in 2010... Give her a chance to meet some of you first.

Southsider.
ASC,

Here's the link to the CB350 album on Photobucket. Currently the engine is out of it. I'm trying to chase down a shifting issue.

The bike or the rider? I'm still a touch wet behind the ears for racing... give me a week or two to get used to the bike then sure. :fiddy:

Noice.
Thanks! I bought it for 60 bucks. Went through everything... except the transmission... It's the only problem area. Oh well I'll get that fixed too.:vroom:
Great looking SV. You've got some great roads to the south of you around Story to go get her broke in for ya!
Holy crap! $60!

Did you see the pictures on page 3? I think I got hosed. the frame was bent, the tank was rotted out, the forks were rusted so bad under the headlight mounts/covers I didn't trust them. It didn't have a clear title either... I got lucky, looked up the guy on the original title that was never transferred, because the guy had died. Actually found him, and he filed for a lost title and gave it to me.

It's all legal now and a fun bike but, I think I'm going to have at least one new bike that I can just jump on and ride.
Some day I'll get my CB750 up and running. Needs quite a bit of work though. Looks a little better than yours did at least. :p
Just thought I'd update you on the transmission problems in my CB350 ASC. It ended up being a chunk of the rubber cam tensioner wheel. It was crammed in the bottom of a tooth in I believe the first / second slider. It was big enough to stop it all from moving. She's back up and running now though. Still a fun little motorcycle.
