If the starter relay is known good, then maybe the starter button is stuck as Lee said.

To test, use a meter to look for 12v on the Y/G wire going to the relay (push through the insulation). This is the relay control voltage. It should be 0v with the starter button released, 12v when the starter button is pushed.

Have you been having trouble starting this bike? Slow cranking and long crank times. That can fry the relay.

Try this. Unplug the 4-position plug from the starter relay. This will guarantee the starter relay is not energized. If the starter motor still cranks when the battery is connected, then 100% the starter relay (even if it has been replaced) is shorted.

The only thing I can think of is that there's a short somewhere in the harness causing current to flow to the Relay as soon as the ignition is turned on. Can you get the bike into a really quiet spot and then turn the ignition on and try and hear if these is any arcing/crackling. Can also be done in the dark to watch for arcing.

Did that still cranks this is 3rd solenoid have had this bike long time this never happened any clue the cause
Try this. Remove the starter relay from the bike. With the relay on the bench, connected to nothing, measure the resistance between the heavy lugs (large lugs in the image below). Test all three relays. What do you measure?
