'01 sv650s shock seals

Hey guys, just pulled my sv out of storage and my front shock seals are leaking like mad. I guess my first question would be, how hard are they to replace? and how long do you think it would take? I am an avaition mechanic so as long as i have a manual it shouldnt be too hard..just looking for some feedback. thanks in advance

20wt fork oil, sonic springs, and emulators, in that order if you choose not to go all the way.
