Exhaust options

Hey everyone, I am looking to change my exhaust from a Danmoto that I have on it currently. I am aware that the 1 gen doesn’t have many options. I was wondering if anyone knew of all the options I do have and where I can find that information? Please send link or information if you can. Thanks

Re: Exhaust options

I fitted a cheap,"Chinaprovich" copy on my 1999 naked curvy off eBay.Under 30 beer tokens plus a little bit for a 30 Deg bend pipe and some exhaust clamps and exhaust sealer.

Been on a couple of years now.I had to ream out the Rivet hole for the Baffle and fit an M6 nut and bolt as the Baffle blew out<grin> as the rivet was crappy.

sounds like this in my garage,

Mine is a gen 2 but also a custom job. You will hear this referred to as a wish muffler, Amazon muffler, etc. frankly, for the price, it is fantastic quality run it on a few bikes and sounds good and holds up. I had a full Hindle the previous owner put the bike down and trashed the midpipe and the muffler. Some 2” tube and a wish muffler...

if you're doing a slipon you have DOZENS of options. here are some manufacturers that all made slipons. each will have a few versions. Most you can use slipons from first or second gen. full systems are bike specific
good but $:
m4
yoshimura
leo vince
akrapovic
holeshot
renegade dual full system
supertrapp
hindle

junk but cheap:
devil
viper
2bros
delkevic
danmoto
fake chinese bull**** from wish or ebay

Re: Exhaust options

Last time I checked M4 still makes full systems for the 1st gen SV? ...and get the carbon muffler for the best sound out there! The carbon muffler makes for more noise going toward you as you ride along, making good music for your ears!
