Hurricane

Hey everybody in the Carolinas, Georgia, Virginia, and the general mid-Appalachians: stay safe.

Hurricane??

Since the actual storm is so much less than advertised this should be safe.

It's not "less than advertised." The great amount of rain that has been falling needs to find its way back to the ocean. The more rain, the more flooding, the more time people are at risk.

Re: Hurricane

Since two weeks ago, or so, lots of areas around us in Wisconsin got 12" in 9 hours or less the amount of rain most are getting just isn't "STORM OF THE CENTURY!!" the media has been trying to sell.

It's a bad storm for sure, but since you're old like me, you must have lived through many that were as bad.
