Throttle Body Sync - Throttle screw has no effect

Trying to sync my throttle bodies, the upper screw (that adjusts the rod that connects the two tb's) does not appear to have a change between very loose (or even off) and very tight (fully tight)

Rear cylinder appears to be pulling more vacuum (significantly more) than the front cylinder, at idle, 3k and 5k RPMs.

Re: Throttle Body Sync - Throttle screw has no effect

Think I got it!
Believe I was using the wrong screw to adjust, I was using the upper screw (that connects the balance rod between the two butterfly valves).

I started adjusting the throttle linkage screw (right below the upper balance one) andI I instantly felt a difference.

I also used the nipples closest to the left hand side (idle screw side) of the front and rear cylinder)

Performed at idle and verified at 3,000 and 5,000 RPM

Followed this service with the TPS adjustment, and now I'm just waiting on a new 525 chain to test it out!

Re: Throttle Body Sync - Throttle screw has no effect

Iím glad you managed to sort this out. Throttle body adjustment is a really simple job, but makes quite a difference to the way the bike runs.

I was impressed with your home made U tube gauge - I bought a manometer set up for mine (cost about £25, which is about $30 these days) and made the job a little easier:
