SV1000 Won't Start, out of ideas. PLEASE HELP

I recently purchased a 2003 SV1000 took it for a test ride, no problems. Go to ride the bike home and it stalls out at a light, curious at this point but it starts right back up. A mile later does the same thing, but won't start this time. I jump start the bike and it fires right up, I raise the idle and with in a minute it dies suddenly, find a blown fuse on the starter relay. After this I tow the bike home.

I have since Replaced:
Battery (new but put it on a charger over night to be sure)
Regulator Rectifier (suspected the jump start may have damaged it)
Starter Relay
Starter motor (Bought used, tested both units and they spin when hooked up off the bike)

When attempting to start
All lights on the bike come on(parking lights work as well) FI primes cluster goes blank and theres a clicking noise from near the battery.

I took off the clutch switch and it appears to work, makes visible contact and can hear it. I've made sure the bike is in neutral. Tried with the kick stand up and down. Killswitch is disengaged. Inspected the green connector, appears fine. Motor spins if I put the bike in gear and roll it back and forth with the clutch in (with effort). I ran a jumper straight to the starter motor with the ignition on, nothing but sparks.

I'm at a complete loss after reading over a dozen different threads. If any one has any helpful information I'm desperate. I really want to love this bike, please help me.

Took off the left cover to inspect after a suggestion on reddit, everything looked to be in place, no missing magnets or pieces of metal.

Welcome to the Forum!

Sorry you had to come here under the current circumstances...but don't worry, it should be fixable.

If the motor won't spin with the starter....that would be a good place to start. Pull the sparkplugs and see if you can spin the motor over by hand. Be careful of the potential for fuel to spray out of the plug hole/s so you don't create a fire hazard. If it's hydro-locked the starter motor won't be able to crank it, and directly jumping the starter to the battery should have spun it something sounds wrong.

Is that bike an E-33? (California model) Reason I ask...they have carbon can in the tail section which is supposed to collect fuel vapor from the top of the tank then let manifold vacuum purge it to keep evaporative emissions down. If that system malfunctions, or someone over-filled the tank...liquid fuel can get to the can which is then drawn into the engine through the purge line. This can and has hydro-locked engines so it is something to look at.

Once you have the plugs out and engine turning over by hand, see if the starter can now crank it. That'll be enough for now...don't want to boggle you with 'what if's' so let's see if you can turn it by hand and we'll go from there. Don't worry.....this will turn out OK!

I'd try a different batter on your bike or try your battery on something different to verify it's NOT the battery.

Clicking when trying to start is usual when it's a battery issue.

If the starter motor did not spin the motor with a DIRECT jump from the battery,
FIRST- like stated above, pull the spark plugs and check that your cylinders aren't full of gas. turn the motor over by hand several revolutions. Try jumping the starter again. If it still doesn't spin, pull the starter . It's shot. If it does, put the plugs back in. Again, rotate the motor over by hand. Try the starter again. Report back.
