yeap, locking the rear brake in a panic situation is scary. I'm learning to rely more on progressively braking harder with the front instead of using the rear.

i have a kryptonite evo series 4 u-lock that i put through my rear wheel. If i'm away for an extended period of time i loop a cable through the lock and through the frame.

+1 to front fork lift. MJ moto gear (ebay) has a combo rear and front set for something around $100. worked great on my SV during my spring/oil swap and when i had my ninja 250.

ditto everyone else, too big. The primary fit is the skull of the helmet and it should fit snug. Other things like cheek pads are secondary fit and some manufacturers offer different size cheek pads.

This is true. I weigh approx 175 in normal street clothes, 190 with gear.

I put in .90kg springs from Sonic springs along with 20wt oil. What a difference!

yes, at least the one in pasadena. On the weekends I see driving instructors and students all the time driving through the lot. Unless it's barred with a gate or chain, you should be ok.
