I'm 80kgs (175lbs, probably 195ish full gear) quick-ish street, slow track. .90s from Sonic feel pretty good for me up front, limited more by lack of dampening adjustability.

Went with a '13 ZX10...

I 'hotwired' my fuel pump when I had it apart to clean and chase a whiney noise. Easy enough to do, just got to ID the +12v and ground wires.

There is also much more that goes into shock damping and spring rate than just the size of the bike - physical or capacity....
