Re-set the forks and triple mount, that fixed my wobble that I was having.

I did the catpoopman mod, 145 mains, and 17.5 pilot, with desnorkel and Delkevic slip on. Got racetech...

just my speedo light is out. I have all the wattage numbers from the diagrams, but I can't find LEDs with the little craddle things. Should I just reuse the old ones? Looks like I just gotta unbend...

all put back together, front end felt a little catty wompus above 60mph, so I remounted the front wheel to hopefully relieve some possible tweak caused by the crash. Seems to have really helped....

Went through the calipers, cleaned out old nasty as brown gunk from both calipers lol. seals were all still in good shape, so I just reused them, replaced the pads that were literally caked in...
