So I got the SV to a shop and the guy is an amazing mechanic, I found out by a riding community in town. Turns out I was running in the wrong way, he moved on to the lean sensor and I'm guessing...

Saving time and money

What is the process and what do I need to find out why my fuel pump isn't priming? I put a new relay on and that wasn't it, so I may have replaced a part I didn't need to.

I purchased a replacement fuel pump relay and that wasn't the problem. Now I guess its fuel pump next. Wish I knew more about this bike.

Do have plans to fabricate something of my own. Also it is lowered in the rear and I have to change that. Still discovering the problems and accepting that I wont be legally riding this season.

So I'm thinking someone down the line did a GSXR fairing swap on my 05 SV650 K5. Don't know the plastics well enough but, what I do know from the images I've seen it's not original.
