Mine is a gen 2 but also a custom job. You will hear this referred to as a wish muffler, Amazon muffler, etc. frankly, for the price, it is fantastic quality run it on a few bikes and sounds good...

Pops out of 4th gear

Only on deceleration (like on corner entry), happens at closed throttle usually. Happened once in 5th too but it’s primarily 4th

Verified it’s not foot on shifter today by keeping toe completely...

Or you mean where the terminals connect with the big Phillips screws?
