You can use the 1st gen radiator on the 2nd gen. I have a 1st gen Delkevic on the '06. Needs to have two bracket fabbed to extend the top mounts 1" longer(I used a drill press on some aluminum...

Test voltage of the battery with the bike:

1. Off
2. On
3. Idle (~1300 RPM)
4. 5000 RPM

Also, it would have been much easier if you posted in your old thread, instead of making a new one.

Sargent is also firm, but not hard. From what I've been told after a while it will break in.

However, if you weight 135# with gear... it will not break in. Mine is still "new" after 3 years of...
