How to install a GSXR rear wheel

From: Jason Widmer

1. get a 93-95 750 or a 95-98 1100 wheel and cush drive (actually any wheel can work if you mess with the spacers)
2. 520 chain conversion
3. modify spacers
4. modify caliper mounting bracket

Its really easy to do.
1.start from the left and use the stock SV spacer between cush drive and swing arm.
2. (right side) cut SV inner spacer to 22mm
3. cut caliper bracket to 18mm(cut left hand side of bracket-side that touches swing arm)

This note from Darren Nixon:

In addition to the listed information, you MUST use the SV wheel bearings in the GSXR wheel. The spacer inside the SV cushdrive needs to be shortened to the same length as the GSXR cushdrive spacer. Use the modified SV cushdrive spacer between the GSXR cushdrive bearing and wheel bearing. I needed an inner right spacer of 20mm not 22mm.
