I have one of those gathering rust at my parents' place. I rebuilt the top end of the engine about 15 years ago, but haven't touched it since. I was thinking of throwing in on Craig's List to get rid of it.

Too bad it's a 6 hour round trip to your house. That looks like it could be fun.

Re: The Cafe/2Stroke/Single/Twin/Brit/Euro/Cool Bike Pic Thread

Sorry it's such a horribly small photo, but here's a bike out of Jay Leno's collection - a Vincent special built in the 70's by Denis Curtis (featured elsewhere in this thread):

I have a bit of an in with this builder now - i.e. he's a friend of an aquaintance. I'm starting to feel like I'm under some moral obligation to have him build me a framer. I also have an in with a guy who's built a few nice-running air/oil-cooled Suzuki I4's (not the prettiest motor ever, just the f'n BEST) converted to EFI. And I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy who can get a break on carbon wheels. If I meet someone with an autoclave and a vacuum bag there's gonna be no way out!

Oy. I think I need to up my rate and work some more hours every week.
