That's nothing, local NYC rider Alex is 7'1" I think and be rides his 1st gen like a champ then parks and stands up to get off the bike.

The SV1K is actually pretty roomy IMO. Wouldn't want it any bigger as it would just be more metal in the way. Being able to push it through a standard door is great and all those whale barge bikes would have to sit out on the porch at my house. The SV gets to be nice and comfy in the dining room.

Oh....you want tiny? I grew up on RD400's which are wicked little things when properly hooliganized. Was easy to watch the front tire when tucked. The SV feels like a limo by comparison.

Put the sv next to a 125 or 250 2T and the aesthetics even out. Tall and uber thin to short stout and thin. Then you just throw it all out the window with a Road King.

There is myself and another guy, on a Harley, that ride to work. Then we have a scooter chic that works weekends. The guy and I have floating schedules, so on occasion all three of us are parked in sequence. The Harley and I usually share a space, but by chance the scooter beats me in, it parks next to the Harley. We tease that it looks like the Harley had a puppy. When me and the Harley are side by side, our bikes appear relatively equally in comparison...the Harley is short and squaty compared to my full fairings and height (I'm 5'10" so it's not set for those vertically challenged).

I had a good laugh one day when scooter chic said "I thought your bike would be bigger. " Puppy refers to her scooter as her "bike" (under 49cc), and says this to me?
