The reason being is I just replaced my barends and I've noticed a large increase in vibration, my hands get numb really fast. So, I filled up my bars with butyl rubber and rubber covered metal, this decreased noise and vibration by about 50% of what it used to be, though it hasn't fully hardened yet and it doesn't feel as good as it used to feel. I read that I could get a much smoother ride by gapping my spark plugs, I'm not confident I could do this correctly so I was suggested those IX spark plugs for a similar effect, a smoother ride with less vibration.
Could the handlebars spread vibrations all over my bike? I'm feeling them where the foot rest is too. Especially when I take off fast, never used to do that before it's like everything is rumbling. I'm never touching stock barends again, **** it.
Vibs in bars AND footpegs, might call for throttle body sync. I have a carbed bike, and notice the same things when in need.
