Looking for the right tool to do a throttle body balance or sync.

I dont mind spending some money on the tools as I have quite the collection anyway.

Has anyone ever used a manometer such as this one to do a sync?

Or does anyone have any suggestions as to what the best tool for the job is?

Second post reads "Does anyone know what type of pressure our throttle body's sit around. The manometer I posted has the ability to read +/- 2psi. With a maximum of 10psi, I assume anything more will damage the unit."
Thanks!
