Here is the bushing I need fabbed. I changed the OD from 17.87 to the correct 17.50. From what I gather 17.48 is supposed to be the size but it is infinitely easier to sand it down a bit than try to add! Heck it would hurt to have it be 17.52 if your feeling crazy. Knock out a couple and Let me get one in and then We can go from there based on how much time and material it takes you to make them I can work out a price to charge for them. I would like to get a couple worn out coolers and fix them and do a swap program. I ship them a fixed one they ship me theirs when they are done. Not going to make a ton but it will save people at least $200 each time. Once the size gets ironed out and time tested someone else can pick up the slack. The important thing is this will save me $300! -Ben

You have experience with the Omniaracing headlight, right? Had one delivered, not for my SV, but a GSF400...single headlight bucket like the SV, though. I can do mechanics no prob, but electrics scare me. The omnia headlight has the three prong connector - got that; but what do I do with the upper headlight with the two-hole female connector? Do I have to splice something to hook this up?
